Real Estate Careers

Real Estate Careers – First steps in getting started – If you’re thinking about a career in real estate, get started with your 63 Hour pre-licensing course in Florida.

You’ll also need to submit an application for the state. This is the link to the Florida Licensing Application.
Real estate is a commission only business. When you’re getting started, it’s a good idea to have about 6 months worth of living expenses saved before quitting a salaried job.  That doesn’t mean you won’t have a closing before then, but it’s always smart to plan ahead.
Successful agents will be good at lead generating, great at follow up and be in a constant state of learning.  Keller Williams offers excellent technology, systems and training.  If you follow the systems, you will be successful.

The Keller Williams Story

Keller Williams was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams in Austin, Texas. They began with a simple objective—form a national real estate franchise that is agent centric, rather than franchise or company focused.  This important value is present in every aspect of the company—from KW’s unique profit-sharing structure to KW’s emphasis on living balanced lives full of faith, family, and friends.

Our Mission

To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving and legacies worth leaving.
